Geothermal heat and air conditioning (super efficient) , beautiful new kitchen , nice office space , Deep garage (maybe 35 feet?) , nicely finished downstairs , nice stone walls in front

Master bedroom and bath are a bit small , Garage ceiling seems low - may not fit some SUVs

nice front garden & walkeay , newly renovated and moden , very nice bathrooms

not a lot of privacy in backyard , back patio needs work , small master bedroom

All newly redone , Energy efficient , Big bedrooms

Laundry on lower level

How they'd spend $12,000: "Unsure. House is all newly updated and remodeled. I would probably say paint to your liking since all the walls are light gray."

Good location 👍 , quiet area , pretty exterior , large garden , freshly painted walls , new kitchen appliances , private , good backyard , new floors , 4 car garage

narrow hallways , Fireplace back sticks out into room behind it , steep stairs
